ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the beautiful 'Heart Radiance' meditation technique passed down to you by Mas. What a great way to start the weekend and to welcom the new phase of the moon by tuning in to the energies of nature in Edward's lake park on a splendid Saturday morning. Especially amazing were the tawny frog mouths (owls?) who sat above our tree to join in the meditation.
